Email Delivery

Patterns will be sent as PDF files to your email. Always take care to ensure that you entered the correct email address in your order. If the email address you provide is incorrect, you will not receive an order confirmation or the pattern PDF in your order. 

Order confirmation

Upon order completion you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have given. If you do not receive this order confirmation, please contact us at davina[at]sheepandstitch[dot]com

Payment

Sheep and Stitch accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Payments to Sheep and Stitch are processed through a secure payment server that encrypts all information using an SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and secure and cannot be read or accessed by third parties.

Returns

Because of the digital nature of PDF files, no refunds will be issued. If you have purchased a pattern incorrectly, please email davina[at]sheepandstitch[dot]com
